## Caption

We friggin did it. Here’s a breakdown of the hyroxamerica race we did in DC over the weekend. There’s a 1km run before every station.

1. We came in 41 out of 761 mixed doubles across all age groups. Not bad for two individuals who dislike HIIT/circuit training. 🤷🏽‍♀️

2. 1000m ski erg: Ross crushing it on the ski erg. I’m just trying to show support.

3. 50m sled pull 227lbs: Ross showing you how the sled pulls are done.

4. Me showing you how NOT to do a sled pull 🤣 

5. 50m sled push 335lbs: I must say I crushed it on these, I’m proud but they hurt so bad 🥹

6. 1000m row: Our fav station 🤭

7. 80m burpee board jump: the very humbling station. My legs were fried🦵🏼

8. Ross well-trained with his hands off burpees 😅

9. 200m 24kg farmers carry: Ross crushing this station on his own- Must be from all the training he got when I finish shopping at Trader Joe’s. 

10. 100m 20k sandbag lunges: This one surprised me a bit. Harder than I thought. I’m very good at lunges but probably never done them on super tired legs.

11. 100x 6kg wall balls: me just questioning the decisions I’m making in life.

12. 8 stations, 8km later.

13. Not sure if I was happy or dying. As dietzrowing would say, I look “concerned” 😂😂😂

14. Our supporter for the day aquilforreal !!! We didn’t take a photo with vthokiedav05 but he was there to cheer us on too!! 

15. I don’t know how rinathomaspop did the solo but she’s crazy brave.

That’s it. We friggin did it, team. The goal was to complete the race and still stay married. It was a success, I must say!!! 😏
