Probably the longest 4 weeks of my life: 🙃

1. Living life as 30-something year olds with zero responsibilities: Went to watch Backstreet Boys at The Sphere.

2. Questioning our decision to adopt a kitten: This cute little angel turned out to be a cute little monster, so we thought getting another kitten will be a good idea to keep him company but didn’t know we signed up for a long process of introducing cats which can be stressful. But Mimi (the new kitten) is such a sweetheart.

3. First trimester is surprisingly hard: Had our first ultrasound and it’s so unreal that there’s a human growing in me that is sucking every ounce of energy from me. Had the weirdest cravings and couldn’t stand the smell of pots and pans. Trying to decide if this belly is a baby bump or bloating.

4. Questioning my decision to live in Boston: Biggest snowstorm I’ve ever experienced, something like 20inches of snow fell in 2 days. It was pretty on the first night and then snow everywhere is just an absolute nightmare.

5. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in the US tbh: Met some really cool, inspiring people at the opening of a center specializing in the research and medical support for female athletes. Feeling blessed to live in Massachusetts as a female and an immigrant.

6. And finally, my fitness has taken a back seat in this first trimester but I’m glad I’m still moving even when everything feels hard. Pregnancy may slow me down but boy, I still feel strong 💪🏽
