There was a point during the IVF cycle when I felt completely disconnected from my body. I was ashamed of how it looked, but even more discouraged by how it felt. My strength was gone, my runs and rows were sluggish, and I barely recognized myself.

That’s when I decided—it was time to reset. To nourish my body differently, to be more intentional with what I put into it, and just as importantly, to be mindful of the words I spoke to myself.

I’m heading into another round of injections soon, and I know my body will change again. But I’m going in with a positive mindset. My body is wonderful- it is adaptable and doing something truly amazing.
