Stepped on the scales today and found out that I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been. Metabolism is a bit*h when we age and it might be me making things up but I can’t deny the fact that I’m creeping into my late 30s and as someone who is hyper aware of her body, I can feel my body changing. I hate to see it coming but can’t avoid it, so gonna embrace it. ❤️
