#ad The Big Game is almost here and my prime rib sliders need to be on your menu. Made with silver_spring_foods Fresh Ground Horseradish, they are perfect for your game day party!

Start by coating your prime rib with the horseradish and then seasoning with my All Purpose Rub. The horseradish will act as a binder and will give the beef a nice kick. 

Smoke at 250 degrees until it reaches 115-120 degrees internal temperature and then sear it over hot coals. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes and then slice it nice and thin for the sliders. 

I like to assemble these on pretzel buns with my homemade horseradish sauce, provolone cheese and plenty of the prime rib.

Serve it with more sauce for dipping and enjoy!
