## Caption

🐳 The ocean has two new North Atlantic right whale calves! 🐳

Right whale catalog #3860 Bocce and her new calf were sighted by the CMA Research Institute aerial survey team on December 10, 2025, off Doboy Sound, Georgia. Bocce is 18 years old and this is her 3rd known calf. Bocce is also the sister of Millipede, another mom this season. 

Yesterday, December 11, 2025, catalog #3720 Squilla and her calf were sighted off Sullivan's Island Lighthouse, South Carolina. This is the 5th mom-calf pair seen this season!
