The State College Police Department released a statement Wednesday night stating Gavin McKenna allegedly struck a 21-year-old at 8:45 p.m. Saturday, causing facial injuries that required corrective surgery.

McKenna was arraigned and released on $20,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 11 at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte.
