In this video, I’m answering one of the most common questions we receive almost daily.

Many of you ask:
“Helena, you always talk about working with a light hand, but we see many professionals using very strong pressure. Why do you work the way you do?”

I also receive many reels sent to me where strong pressure is being used.

In this video, I give a detailed explanation of why I work with a light hand, and what biological and anatomical principles guide my approach.

I explain the tissue responses, lymphatic flow, nervous system sensitivity, and structural considerations that I respect in my protocol so the face is supported, not stressed or harmed.

The video takes you step by step through my reasoning and my method.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to answer every DM, as we receive many messages each day.
But when the same question comes up repeatedly from different people, I make a video to provide a thorough explanation.

I can only speak for my own work and my own professional philosophy.
In this video, you’ll find my personal approach and the science behind it.

The video is already published — it is the latest video on my
