Richard Sherman’s journey is one of the most improbable in NFL history. A scholar-athlete who graduated high school with a 4.2 GPA, Sherman went to Stanford as a wide receiver before switching to cornerback. Despite his elite size (6'3") and intellect, he slipped to the 5th round (154th overall) of the 2011 Draft. He famously kept a list of every player drafted before him, fueling a career-long fire that would burn every receiver in his path.

As the vocal leader of the "Legion of Boom," Sherman transformed the Seahawks' defense into a historical juggernaut.
