The #Louisiana Supreme Court refused to hear another appeal of rapper #CoreyMiller’s 2009 m-rder conviction.

Miller, who as a performer was known as “C-M-rder,” has repeatedly challenged his second-degree m-rder conviction and life sentence for fatally sh—ting 16-year-old #StevenThomas in a Harvey nightclub in 2002.

An appellate court and the state Supreme Court reviewed and upheld the conviction in 2011 and 2012, respectively. 🧑‍⚖️
