#TSRAngelz: #LilJon confirms the passing of his 27-year-old son, #DJYoungSlade, after his body was recovered from a pond at a Milton park, according to police. Just before noon, authorities say Slade, born Nathan Smith, was found at Mayfield Park with assistance from a dive team from the Cherokee County Fire Department.

As we reported earlier, Smith, DJ Young Slade had been reported missing earlier this week and was last seen on Tuesday near Baldwin Drive and Mayfield Road, less than 100 yards from the pond where he was discovered. _____________________________
In a statement via tmz_tv, Lil Jon said, “I am extremely heartbroken for the tragic loss of our son, Nathan Smith. His mother, Nicole Smith, and I are devastated. Nathan was the kindest human being you would ever meet. He was immensely caring, thoughtful, polite, passionate, and warmhearted — he loved his family and the friends in his life to the fullest.”

He continued, “He was an amazingly talented young man; a music producer, an artist and engineer, and a graduate of NYU. We loved Nathan with all of our hearts and are incredibly proud of him. He was loved and appreciated, and in our last times together we’re comforted in knowing that we expressed that very sentiment to him.” Last, Jon thanked the Milton Police Department for their help searching for his son.
