This Black History Month, we’re highlighting how DICE and DREAM help create pathways for equity seeking communities within the RCMP.

DICE opens doors for aspiring candidates from underrepresented communities through mentorship and a three week training experience at Depot.

DREAM supports current employees — especially Indigenous, Black, racialized and other equity seeking groups — with mentorship, development and opportunities for long term growth.
