In our Youth Ballet Program, faculty member Anastasia Mercedes ballet.for.the.curious.adult brings a deeply hands-on approach to the studio. Through clear guidance and thoughtful corrections, dancers are encouraged to understand not just what they are doing, but how and where each movement begins. Class becomes an exploration of coordination, alignment, and intention, helping dancers build a stronger connection to their technique and their bodies.⁠

By breaking down movement and asking dancers to stay curious, Anastasia creates an environment where understanding leads to confidence, and clarity supports growth both at the barre and beyond.⁠
