pilates princess is backk, did you miss me 😌? 

i stepped back from recording my fitness journey & I missed this part of life so im ready to enter the chat again 💕. 

i focused on a lot of unimportant things last year, worrying about what’s out of my control, helping others before myself & somewhere I lost focus on myself, my dreams, my goals ❌. i thought by dimming my light & allowing others to shine made me kind, ethical even, but it only made me a doormat. NOW im ready to step back in my spotlight again 💡. 

I lose my mind if i dont clear it, so by putting my energy through movement or creativity 🎨🩰, life becomes more enjoyable. anyway life lifes, but we here 🐐❤️.
