createaplatewithdina Juicy CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS with caramelized onions, melty cheese, and special burger sauce. So good and perfect for game day, hosting, or an easy dinner.

Ingredients

Sliders
	•	2 lb ground beef (90/10)
	•	1½ tsp garlic powder
	•	1½ tsp onion powder
	•	1½ tsp paprika
	•	2 tsp salt
	•	1 tsp black pepper
	•	¼ cup mayonnaise
	•	1 tbsp yellow mustard

Caramelized Onions
	•	2 medium onions, finely chopped
	•	Oil and butter (for cooking)
	•	½ tsp salt
	•	1 tsp sugar

Buns & Cheese
	•	1 (24-count) package King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls
	•	18 slices cheese

Special Sauce
	•	1 cup mayonnaise
	•	½ cup ketchup
	•	1–2 tbsp yellow mustard
	•	⅓ cup finely chopped pickles
	•	2–3 tbsp pickle juice
	•	1½ tsp white vinegar
	•	1 tsp sugar
	•	½ tsp salt
	•	½ tsp black pepper
	•	2 tbsp caramelized onions

Topping
	•	Melted butter
	•	Sesame seeds

Instructions
	1.	Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, salt, and sugar. Cook, stirring often, until soft and caramelized, about 15–20 minutes. Remove and set aside.
	2.	In the same skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned.
	3.	Use a paper towel to soak up excess grease from the skillet, then stir in the mayonnaise and yellow mustard during the last 2 minutes of cooking until creamy. Remove from heat.
	4.	In a bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients and set aside.
	5.	Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half on the baking sheet.
	6.	Layer about 9 slices of cheese over the bottom buns, breaking pieces as needed to fully cover the bread. Add the ground beef, caramelized onions, drizzle with some sauce, then add the remaining cheese. Place the top buns on.
	7.	Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
	8.	Slice and serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
