Ingredients
	•	1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
	•	8 oz cream cheese, softened
	•	½ cup sour cream
	•	¼ cup mayonnaise
	•	3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced, seeds removed (mild heat)
	•	1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced (for topping)
	•	1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
	•	1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
	•	3 green onions, thinly sliced
	•	8 slices bacon, baked until crispy and chopped
	•	Cilantro, chopped (optional garnish)

Seasonings
	•	½ tsp garlic powder
	•	½ tsp onion powder
	•	½ tsp paprika
	•	¼ tsp black pepper
	•	Salt, to taste

Instructions
	1.	Preheat oven to 375°F.
	2.	In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
	3.	Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt to taste.
	4.	Fold in the shredded chicken, diced jalapeños, green onions, and chopped bacon.
	5.	Mix in 1 cup mozzarella and ½ cup cheddar until evenly combined.
	6.	Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
	7.	Top with the remaining ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup cheddar, and the sliced jalapeño.
	8.	Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
	9.	Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired. Let rest 5 minutes before serving with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies. Enjoy!
