DOMESTIC ARREST: A Baldwin man was arrested after a domestic dispute in which a 64-year-old woman said he pushed and slapped her, Nassau County police said.

Officers say he later returned to the Newton Avenue home, appearing intoxicated, yelled at police and became violent while being taken into custody, injuring two officers who were hospitalized.

He is charged with two counts of second-degree assault, DWI, harassment, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.
