This crispy fried egg tofu is surprisingly really good and the imitation crabs gives it a nice texture! Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside and the sauce caramelizes into this tangy, savory glaze that’s perfect for dipping or drizzling over everything. I used chinsu_usa fish sauce to make their Golden Lava Sauce and it takes everything to the next level. #chinsupartner
