Happy National Bagel Day, Long Island! 🥯 To celebrate, we figured we'd talk about one of the most ubiquitous things Long Island is known for — the beloved and perhaps divisive — BEC, or the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich.

Everyone has their personal favorite, typically found at a deli. Some prefer their BECSPK on a kaiser roll and of course, others prefer it on a bagel.
