Two-time Drag Race finalist Marina Summers has come out as a trans woman, revealing she started her transition in 2025.

Marina Summers, who was a finalist on Drag Race Philippines season one and Drag Race UK vs The World season two, shared the news via a heartfelt statement on Instagram:

"I've been sitting with this for a long time, trying to find the right moment and the right words. Today feels like that moment.
Since I was a child, I've always felt feminine — even deep into the parts that l didn't always know how to name. For so many years, I poured that energy into carving a life that required me to move at full speed that Becoming the person I've always seen myself as felt like something I'd get to 'later,' something | gently pushed to the side while I tried to catch every other dream first.

But last year, I finally gave myself permission to stop pausing. And start my transition. After years of questioning and pushing back, I finally made the beautiful decision to begin social transitioning early 2025.”
