Our men’s basketball columnists have different expectations for Syracuse and Adrian Autry this season. Now in Year 3 under Autry, is this the year that the Orange snap their March Madness drought? If not, will it cost Autry his job?

Last year, Syracuse struggled to its worst record since the 1968-69 season at 14-19, extending its March Madness drought to four years.

It was a year to forget for the Orange, as its two leading scorers played just seven games together. J.J. Starling missed seven games with a broken left hand, while Donnie Freeman’s season ended in January due to a left toe injury.
