Tbh, sleeping naked is such a confidence boost, especially in the summer. 

I run hot at night, which makes me toss and turn nonstop, and pajamas just end up a tangled mess. Going naked makes it sooo much easier to stay cool.

I highly recommend to try it by yourself tho. Take a nice long shower, exfoliate and hydrate your skin, put on fresh sheets and enjoy the sensation.
