When I started THS I took a chance on a dream and that dream has changed me for the better! I never contemplated I would grow beyond myself, in fact I was quite protective of THS and never wanted to share any of it. 
I really just wanted to do what I loved with people I knew needed it. I wasn’t trying to build big. I have always held quality over quantity ~ and still do. 
A few years ago I asked Valerie to help me with #specialheartsadaptivewellness Cooking Classes because we shared the same values around food as medicine. And through that connection ~ I leaned into trust, humility, safety and allowed myself to share my vision and slowly as my energy shifted, people showed up interested in growing with me. And it took a lot to share my dream and trust but boy oh boy am I happy I did.

So here we are ~ the best of the best. Each of my teachers holds my mission in their heart while staying true to their authentic selves. I feel secure in each of them as individuals and in their abilities as teachers. I feel so honored to have such a powerful group representing THS and sharing their hearts, interests and so much more with our #specialheartsadaptivewellness students.
