✨And the moral of the story is… dinner time is hard work 🤣 

Two of my kids can be picky eaters, they don’t particularly like trying ‘new’ foods and if I change things up they know about it instantly. 

Saying that… we are a one meal family. I make sure that they always have 1/3 of the plate filled with foods they love. 

I also love offering a side portion of bread 🤣 whether that’s a naan, a flatbread, a pitta or garlic bread - I know that they will always fill it with ‘some’ of their meal! 

I make sure every meal has a type of salad/ vegetable and where possible I let them serve their own. 

I use the pesto sauce recipe from yummy_little_belly 
Cheats lasagna is from sr_nutrition 
Chicken Curry is from rebeccawilsonfood 
Turkey stuffing balls from amysheppardfood (i just use turkey mince instead of chicken mince) &
