In this moving talk, Hasan Kalcı shares how a father’s deep concern for his son, Kaan, evolved into a global movement for social transformation. By shifting the focus from telling children who they should be to observing who they actually are, Kalcı explores how experience, observation, and the right environment can unlock the hidden potential within every child.  1965 Nevşehir/Göreme doğumlu Hasan Kalcı, halıcılıktan turizme uzanan girişimcilik yolculuğuyla Kapadokya’nın dönüşümüne öncülük etti. Dil öğrenmek için gittiği İsviçre ve İtalya’da kazandığı vizyonla 1989’da dünyaca ünlü bir markanın ayakkabı fabrikasını kurmuştur. Ülkesine döndükten sonra turizm alanında çalışmaya devam etti. Kurduğu dernek ve yaptığı projelerle yerelden dünyaya açılan bir hikâye yazdı. Evli ve 5 çocuk babası olan Hasan Kalcı, halen Göreme'de ikamet etmektedir.
