 Kadir Aydın, 1990 doğumludur. 2015’te Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Felsefe Bölümü’nden mezun olmuş, üniversite yıllarında İşletme ve Ekonomi Kulübü’nde başkanlık dahil çeşitli görevler üstlenmiştir. P&G’de part-time başlayan satış kariyerine mezuniyet sonrası bir yıl tam zamanlı devam etmiştir.

 

2016’da gençlik iletişim ajansı Anbean’ı kurmuş, pandemi öncesi Türkiye’nin ilk Sanal Kariyer Fuarı’nı hayata geçirmiştir. 2020’de teknoloji kariyer platformu Coderspace’in, 2024’te ise aday takip sistemi Hirex’in kurucu ortaklarından olmuştur. 23 Vakfı Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı görevini de üstlenen Kadir Aydın, gençlere dokunan projeler, girişimler ve markalar geliştirmeye devam etmektedir.
