## Caption

A powerlifter turned Sports Performance Coach, Thomas Swartout knows strength, and he’s bringing his knowledge to Eden Prairie High School! 💪

Thomas earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota before pursuing his MBA at Benedictine College. With a background in lacrosse and Olympic style lifting, Thomas is well-equipped to teach the next generation lifelong skills on the field, in the weight room, and in life.

Fun fact: we're cheering for Thomas at the USA Powerlifting Collegiate Nationals this month!
