#TSRUpdatez: WNBA player #RickeaJackson has formally notified a Miami-Dade County court that she is willing to testify against #JamesPearceJr. if his domestic violence case goes to trial.

According  a filing ESPN, in a file submitted Tuesday, Jackson’s attorneys invoked Marsy’s Law, which protects crime victims’ rights in Florida. They asked the court to use all available resources to move the case forward as quickly as possible and bring justice.

The filing also states that Jackson has the right to be informed about updates in the case, attend public hearings, speak during proceedings, and consult with prosecutors about any potential plea deal. Her attorneys added that she remains cooperative and prepared to testify if necessary.
