STOP skipping this if you want stronger, more stable hips 👇

One of the most overlooked movements I see (as a PT + strength coach): hip adduction.

Everyone trains glutes and hip abduction… but ignores the muscles that help stabilize your pelvis, control knee position, and support real-world movement.

Weak or undertrained adductors can show up as:

⚠️ Knee instability during squats/running
⚠️ Groin “tightness” or strains
⚠️ Hip instability
⚠️ Loss of power in lateral or change-of-direction movements

Strong hips = strength from ALL sides, not just the glutes.

Add these into your training:

✔️ Copenhagen planks (start with short lever)
✔️ Side-lying hip adduction raises
✔️ Cable or band adductions
✔️ Cossacks Squats

Train what most people skip — your body will thank you.

SAVE this for your next lower body day.
