Show LA Love really started as nothing more than a group of friends from LA & around the world wanting to do something that felt true. All-Star was coming to our city, and we didn’t want to just throw a party—we wanted to do something real and show what the game meant to us, and what LA is all about. 

Basketball has always been our way of bringing people together, so we opened the doors and invited our friends, brands, and community to build and create something with us.

What followed... transforming a parking lot into a court & art gallery, created a pop up shop with collabs with some of the dopest brands out ,hosting events from Venice Beach to Downtown—pure joy, pure energy. That energy turned into real impact, helping us rebuild a court in Puerto Rico and put fuel to the fire to the early days of our Build Courts, Not Walls movement. It was fun, but it was also purposeful, and that balance still guides everything we do.

As we step into the 7th annual Show LA Love—our biggest yet—it felt right to look back before pushing forward. 

Creating moments is great, but creating opportunities and unity is the whole point. If you’ve been rocking with us since the beginning, you’re a real one. Big thanks. Can’t wait to show you what’s coming this week as we take this idea to a whole new level!!
