that race was ran way to relaxed 😂😂

i went 7.07, the winner of the heat ran 6.80

with that being only my third full week of training back from 6 weeks off and my first race in two years and it being such a relaxed run i’m not mad

i think i would’ve went 6.8 if i kept building past 25m fs

but im back :)
