The Pastry Arts Club brought serious skills to Sojourner House’s 15th and final Masquerade Ball with a multi-tier cake. Built with almond buttercream with an orange & lemon curd filling, the cake featured precision piping, clean structure and the kind of creativity you only get from hours in the pastry lab. While it wasn’t a competition win, it was a showcase of what our students can do — collaborate under pressure and execute a complex design for an event with deep impact. #JWUProvidence #Baking #Culinary #Food
