It’s my one year CrossFit anniversary!!! 

One year ago I FINALLY gained the courage to walk through those doors and try something I had always wanted to try 

For months, maybe even a year prior, I had talked myself out of it. 
It would be too hard
I wasn’t strong enough 
I didn’t have the time 

But once I took the step and realized I could do anything I put my mind to, I realized it wasn’t actually scary at all 

It was healing 
Fun
Supportive
A social outlet 
Motivating 
A community 

And really so much more ! 

I completed 228 classes this year !!! 

Here’s to even more in 2026! 💪🏽🙌🏽❤️
