My 2 week stay haystack_school in Maine in 36 seconds. It was a magical experience! Two intense weeks of painting and learning in the studio from early morning to late at night. Making new life long friends, wading into the Atlantic to cool off, and eating amazing food 🦞 I feel like I took a crash course in painting with watercolor and gouache, and sketching out personal work, but it was anything but a ‘crash.’ All my gratitude and love to staceyrozich and annikaearley who steered us. If you ever have a chance to take a class from one of these two, do it. And I’d recommend Haystack Mountain School of Crafts to just about anyone who likes to make things. It’s artist’s summer camp. I’ll be writing about my experience in my upcoming newsletter and Substack and sharing more pics soon!
