I got to attend a little social media soirée at kingswood.estates in Eagle, complete with tasty treats, bubbly, and the most beautiful home to host it. 🥂

We toured “The Savannah” by toddcampbellcustomhomes , and the house itself was the real star. The space and floorplan are stunning, but it’s the details that really stand out. Custom cabinetry, full-height designer backsplashes, high-end appliances, and thoughtful lighting throughout. Elevated, but still warm and livable.

The primary suite stopped me in my tracks. Heated floors in the bathroom, a spa-like shower and soaking tub, and that calm, hotel-level feeling you don’t come across every day. I definitely caught myself casually checking availability because once you stand in that space, it’s hard not to imagine life there.

You can feel the intention behind how these homes are built. From the beautiful hardwood floors and solid millwork to the way the spaces flow when people are actually moving through them, the quality shows.
