## Caption

MCSO and local law enforcement officials are searching for resident Jaylan Noah Davis, who is charged with murder and other violent felonies. He was released from custody due to an erroneous court order.

Davis was processed out of Mecklenburg County Detention Center Central based upon a court order indication that the charges against him were dismissed in court that day. The charges, however, were not dismissed, and the court order appears to be a clerical error. Davis, a 25-year-old, 5’10, black male should be considered dangerous and avoided by the public. Should you observe or encounter him please call 911.
