New training shoe!!!!! A shoe I can do more in is a very welcome thing, I can wear the new Dropset 4 for jumping *and* lifting so sets of plyometrics in between lifts have become much easier 🐰💪🏽 You can run in them too - the dream shoe for all kinds of sessions!!
