We’re down to the wire as the Mohawk Mountaineers (14-1) pay a visit to the Fanshawe Falcons (10-4) in a game between two squads with big post-season ambitions.

For the Mountaineers, they have reached the end of the regular season and can clinch first place outright with a victory. Mohawk’s Maddie Anderson leads all West Division players averaging 16.7 points per game.

The Falcons won’t be able to catch the Mountaineers in the standings, but they can send Mohawk a message ahead of the championship chase. 

Fanshawe’s Ashlyn Anderson is the OCAA’s top rebounder averaging 13.0 per game, and along with a 15.6 points per game average is a sure bet to achieve a season double-double.
