## Caption

So last week I made these Raspberry Chia Chocolate Candies and so many of my followers said that they would be so adorable if they were formed into hearts for Valentines Day❤️ So I made a batch and  instead of forming the chia jam into round discs, I just free-formed them into heart shapes.  Then I froze them and dipped them into melted chocolate. 

I have the smartest and most creative followers!!!❤️❤️❤️

**Bonus question… this song, In Your Eyes, from Peter Gabriel was playing in one of my all time favorites movie scenes EVER (I would even go as far as saying it’s the most romantic scene ever). Who knows the name of the movie? IYKYK❤️🫶

Raspberry Chia Chocolate Hearts
.
2 cup raspberries
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups chocolate chips 
1 tbsp vegetable oil 

Add raspberries and chia seeds to a bowl.
Mash with a fork and let sit for 10 minutes or until thick.
Form the jam into heart shapes and then freeze until hard. 
In a double boiler, Melt the chocolate chips and oil until smooth. Dip the frozen hearts into the chocolate and place on a parchment lined sheet pan.  Refrigerate until solid
