#ToddTucker is clapping back at his estranged wife #KandiBurruss’ claims that he’s been living rent-free in her guest house amid their divorce. According to court docs obtained by TMZ_tv, Todd admits he’s staying in the guest home because Kandi allegedly had him removed from the main house without notice. ___________________________
In his filing, Todd claims Kandi “unilaterally removed” him by directing family members to move his belongings without his consent and without court involvement. He says he didn’t voluntarily leave, but chose not to fight it to “preserve peace and stability.”___________________________
Todd also alleges that while Kandi has been in New York working on a Broadway project, he’s been in Georgia caring for their children. He claims that before their split, they both contributed to a shared bank account for expenses, but after separating, Kandi told him she would stop using that account and cover the bills herself. ___________________________
He further accuses Kandi of making “nasty statements” about him to shift attention away from what he calls her extended and “ongoing physical absence” from their kids and her reliance on a third-party caregiver. He is now asking the judge to grant him temporary primary legal and physical custody until a permanent parenting plan is established.
