Whew! Things are getting messy between #KandiBurruss and her estranged husband #ToddTucker. According to court documents obtained by TMZ_tv, the former RHOA star claims Todd has been living rent-free in her Atlanta guest house since their separation, and hasn’t paid a dime toward expenses.

Kandi says the property was purchased before their marriage and belongs solely to her. In the filing, she claims Todd hasn’t contributed to any maintenance or upkeep costs, including utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control, or even the home’s alarm system fees. It doesn’t stop there. Kandi also alleges that Todd hasn’t financially contributed to the household where their two children, Ace and Blaze, live.

Kandi remains the primary caregiver, despite her busy career, and has a nanny who helps with the kids, which contradicts Todd’s public claims about being an active father. In the docs, Kandi claims their children have celebrated two birthdays since she filed for divorce in November 2025. While she says Todd attended both parties, she alleges he refused to help cover any of the costs. She also claims he hasn’t contributed to tuition, school fees, supplies, or child support. ___________________________
Kandi acknowledged she’s been working in New York on Broadway since November 2025 and is expected to remain there through March, but says she’s been flying back and forth to spend time with the kids.
