The BEST shortbread cookies 
Thanks to my grandmas recipe 😍😍

I baked these for Cali’s class for Valentine’s Day and they did not disappoint 

1.5 cups room temp butter 
2 cups flour
1 cup corn starch 
1 cup icing sugar 
1 tsp salt 

Mix ingredients together until combined 
Roll dough out on clean floured surface 
Use cookie cutter to shape 
Bake at 300 for 20 minutes
