One of Canada’s brightest young basketball stars, Kenyon St. Louis is having a stellar season as the starting point guard for Winston Salem Christian School in North Carolina.

St. Louis went into the prep basketball season with lots of pressure and high expectations, having played for Canada in the 2025 FIBA U16 Americup, where he averaged 10.8ppg 5.2rebs and 4.7asts per game en route to a silver medal for his country! 

St. Louis possesses rare and exceptional poise, grit and determination for a player in only his first season playing high level prep basketball in the U.S. for coach Antonio Lowe and staff. coachalowe 

In this Hoopdreams interview, St.Louis talks about his transition and adjustment to playing high level hoops in the US, as well as the trust coach Lowe put in him on day one of his arrival in Winston Salem. 

Although missing a lot about his hometown of Toronto Canada, St. Louis knows that despite the ups and downs of trying to lead his team at such a young age, he is at the right place and the right time to develop into one of the top young players in the world!
