If you’re trying to get off Afrin, here’s the step by step:

The recipe
Take a bottle of Nasacort with triamcinolone
Add ½ teaspoon of MiraLAX directly into the bottle
Close it and shake well before each use
Use 2 sprays in each nostril once daily

Why this works
MiraLAX is an osmotic agent. It pulls water into the nasal tissue so the lining stays hydrated and healthy instead of cracked and inflamed.
Triamcinolone reduces the underlying inflammation that keeps you swollen and congested.

The goal is not to force the nose open like Afrin.
It is to heal the tissue so you can breathe naturally again without rebound congestion.
