Ever wonder why your toddler loves snacks but refuses “real food” at meals?? 🥲

Wellll snacks are FUN, predictable (taste the same every time), low pressure (usually a more chill environment), & easy to grab + self-feed

So why don’t we try to make whole foods feel a lil more snacky?? Adding some novelty, calling them a fun name, turning them into a fun shape, deconstructing meals, or even eating them in a diff spot other than the meal table

Our kiddos are so capable of learning to eat a variety of foods with support, confidence, & consistency from us 🙂‍↕️ bc they can’t learn to like foods they don’t keep seeing
