POWER & POLITICS: Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman received the New York State Conservative Party’s nomination for governor during a visit to Stony Point.
 
The nomination comes just days after Blakeman secured the state Republican Party’s endorsement at its convention in Nassau.
 
He says he plans to cut taxes, create jobs and represent all New Yorkers in ways he argues Gov. Kathy Hochul has not.
 
“This is a party that’s very much involved in American values, cutting taxes and cutting regulations,” Blakeman said.
