ELDERFLOWER SOUR 🌸⇩ Floral and frothy, our Elderflower Sour is here to add that extra bit of romance to your Valentine’s Day menu 😍

ELDERFLOWER SOUR 💕
• 2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White*
• Dried or Fresh Rose Petals, to garnish

METHOD: Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with edible rose petals, and enjoy!

*For a plant-based alternative, use 1 oz aquafaba in place of egg white 🤗
