A few days ago, cities like Seoul, New York, and London were suddenly covered with one mysterious question:

“WHAT IS YOUR LOVE SONG?”

For a minute, everyone was like… wait, what is this?

But not even 24 hours later, people started piecing it together through little clues — yep, it had to be BTS. And this morning, BigHit officially confirmed it.

The secretive(?) question that first revealed itself through the Valentine’s rose giveaway turned out to be tied to BTS’s upcoming album.

It’s part of a global campaign for their 5th full-length album, “ARIRANG.” The album is said to explore universal emotions like identity and deep love. Through the simple question “WHAT IS YOUR LOVE SONG?”, they wanted people to naturally connect with the mood of the new record.

BigHit explained, “‘Love song’ goes beyond just a romantic track — it’s a song that brings back memories, comfort, and strength. We hoped the question would inspire people to think of the song that lives in their own hearts.”

Until February 22, you can scan the QR codes on posters around Seoul, New York, and London to visit the campaign site and leave your own “love song.”

발렌타인데이 장미꽃 증정 이벤트로 베일을 벗은 이 비밀스러운(?) 질문은 BTS의 정규 5집 ‘ARIRANG’(아리랑)과 연결된 글로벌 캠페인이었다고 해요.

이번 앨범은 팀의 정체성과 깊은 사랑 같은 보편적인 감정을 다루며, “WHAT IS YOUR LOVE SONG?”이라는 질문을 통해 새 앨범의 정서를 자연스럽게 느끼게 하는 데 목적이 있다고 합니다.

빅히트 뮤직은 “‘러브 송’은 단순한 사랑 노래를 넘어 각자의 추억을 떠올리게 하고 위로와 힘을 주는 노래다. 이 질문이 각자의 마음속에 있는 노래를 떠올리는 계기가 되길 바랐다”라고 설명했는데요.
