Trust the process, earn the return 😤🙏🥹💪🏽

Our big girl done her ACL and meniscus last year, waited 6 months to get surgery followed by 7 weeks non weight bearing and learning to walk again. 😭😓

Finally she has been cleared to start gym and work her way towards running again. 🙌🏽🤩

As parents who have endured the highs and lows of sports ( including injuries and surgeries) it’s tough to watch your young daughter go through such a big injury 😩 BUT we know with set backs, always comes  resilience and the learning of overcoming challenges. The art of loving the boring stuff and appreciating the small wins. 

This is just the start and we can’t wait to see our big girl back on the field one day, but for now - we take it step by step and do it properly so we only have to do it once 🙏☺️❤️
