The Bespoke Life is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Role
As our Admin Assistant, you will help keep our daily operations running smoothly by:

✅ Managing emails, calls and general enquiries
✅ Onboarding new clients
✅ Planning visits using our Care Access Planner system
✅ Scheduling & allocating client visits for companions
✅ Coordinating diaries & appointments

About You
We would love to hear from you if you:

✨ Have experience in the care sector (essential)
✨ Are highly organised with strong administrative skills
✨ Have a friendly, professional communication style
✨ Are confident using digital systems
✨ Have excellent interpersonal skills
